THE SCRAP MEDAL for Not Fooling Anybody goes to every figure skater who wears flesh-colored nylons OVER their skates. What is the point of this? Is it meant to look like you're not wearing skates at all?

Are we meant to believe that you just have these metallic blades growing out of the bottom of your feet like some kind of figure-skating Wolverine? Are we supposed to think they are retractable blades that just pop out of your foot with a "SNICKT" when it's time to step on the ice?

Look, we know we're watching figure skating. We know you're wearing skates. It's OK to just show them. This just looks icky.
