While the Olympics hand out gold, silver, and bronze medals for victories in sporting events, we here at Cap'n Wacky's Boatload of Fun think there are individuals, events, and even objects during the Olympics that don't win one of the above, but shouldn't go unrecognized. So we're giving out the 2010 Winter Olympic Scrap Medals - some for people who deserve accolades, others derision, and all of whom just shouldn't have to go home empty handed. Let the festivities begin!
