Wind's blowin' up a gale today

With the insane, unrelenting weather hitting most of the United States these days, we figured it was in the public interest to offer some Storm Safety Tips.

Also, it helps burn away the rest of our community service requirement for that drunk and disorderly incident last year.

It's the first Friday, so that means it's time for another Disgruntled Employee of the Month. This one, while not quite RIPPED! From the headlines! is still rather cutting edge or something. Sure.

Letters, we get letters...

We received a letter from the lawyers for the folks who represent the folks who hold the rights to a certain series of interactive fiction books popular with youngsters in the 1980s. Hence, our approximation of that series will be "away" for a bit.

Perhaps you'd be interested in another site's parody which didn't receive a letter. Or, this one. Or, perhaps, this one.

Enjoy, kids.
